Lauren Kim

Lauren is a sophomore from Chicago pursuing a joint concentration in Bioengineering and Chemistry with a Spanish Citation (**not sure if this first sentence is necessary since you already asked for this info**). She is on the pre-medicine track and is especially intrigued by the implications of global health and pharmaceuticals in other fields such as biotechnology, medicine, drug delivery, and sustainability.

Lauren hopes to ultimately become a traveling, teaching anesthesiologist to share her research and expertise with professionals in underserved communities throughout the world. At Harvard, she conducts cancer immunotherapy research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and is also involved with Raise Uganda Now, PERIOD, The Global Health & Leadership Conference, and Consulting for Business and the Environment. Lauren is excited to help this year's WPC run as smoothly as possible!
