Mentoring

In addition to holding a virtual conference in March of each year, we seek to develop a network of relationships between pre-health student attendees and health professionals through our mentor-mentee initiative, the Student Mentoring Program (SMP). 

 

SMP matches undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare with current professionals in the field. Mentors and mentees are paired based on interest and, if preferred,  identity, and background. SMP is committed to creating a welcoming and accessible space for any and all students interested in finding a mentor.

 

All healthcare professionals are welcome to sign up to be a mentor here, and applications for mentees will be open in early December. Thank you in advance for your interest, and please email any questions to networking@worldprehealthconference.org.
